Responsibility

  • Responsible for Fixed Asset accounting processes and tasks, including processing of invoices, accrual accounts, reconciliation, in Budget Requisition System /Purchase Requisition System, SAP system (PO/ Invoices / Data entry/ asset creation / month-end processing / monitoring / reconciliation)
  • Assist in the forecasting and budgeting data maintenance in FA
  • Assist in the inventory accounting processes and tasks
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and provide support to group accounting team for finance related matters
  • Support and ensure compliance with finance filing requirements
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent discipline
  • Knowledge of Excel and SAP – Fixed Asset Module
