RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage reception area.
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, etc.
- Administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave, stock-taking etc
- Assist Doctor during consultations if required.
- Any other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Prior experience with Plato software
- Enrolled nurses may be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer-service mindset.
- Flexible hours
- Able to work immediately is an advantage
- 3 months contract
