Project Manager (Security Systems)
An established organization is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the following opening:
Project Manager (Security Systems)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of projects and ensure completion within timeline and budget
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
- Utilize sufficient resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness to achieve project goals
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans
- Develop project progress reports, proposals, documents and presentations
- Perform root cause analysis on gap, identify waste and work with management on corrective action
- Lead continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Physical Security System Industry
- Must have relevant experience in Security Technologies System, not limited to Intrusion Detection System, Access Control System, CCTV System and Telematics System
- Experience related to security systems in Government sectors will be an added advantage
- Able to commit standby and overtime if required
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational, presentation and customers service skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
