Responsibilities:

Responsible for full recruitment process. This includes sourcing of potential candidates to on boarding of the selected candidates

To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)

To design and administer job posting

To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring

To study and justify the manpower request from various department

To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders

To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation

To establish and drive the retention program

To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned
