Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to do space planning for residential and interior design shop drawings in Autocad

  • Able to do 2D/3D drawings using Google sketch to assist for client’s understanding

  • Able to do some Quantity survey work and typing out Quotation using Microsoft excel format. 

  • Able to assist in project management and building materials purchases for project uses.

  • Able to work within tight schedule and work independently

  • Any other duties as assigned by Design Director
Salary:
  • up to $2800 
Working Hours: 
  • Official working hour 8.30am to 6pm
  • Sat 8.30am to 1pm
Period: 
  • Perm (full time)
Location: 
  • Work from Home 
Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or diploma with relevant experience of minimum 1-2years would be advantage.

  • Able to read drawings
  • Able to understand detail drawings / shop drawings
  • Able to work independently
  • Quick in response
  • Good in project coordination / scheduling 
  • Have experience with residential projects
