Client Service Advisor (Furniture / Showroom Sales)

3,000 SGD - 3,500 SGD/Month


Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer's needs and propose suitable solution
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers
  • Convert all sales inquiries into closures
  • Communicate and maintain good rapport with customers
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Carry out operational task on sales floor
  • Stay up to-date with furniture trends
  • Recommend design-focused solution according to customer's request


Job Requirements:
  • A professional education in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, and a team player
  • Knowledge in MS Office, customer-service oriented


Other Information:
  • Location: Orchard
  • Retail working hours, 5 days work week
  • Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Commission + Bonus
