We are hiring for a company that deals in High Quality Original European Systems, Supply and Installation for both Motorised and Manual Retractable Awning, Indoor and Outdoor Roller Blinds System, Zipper Blinds, Loop Blinds, Venetian blinds, Curtains. Customised Fabric Canopy and Standalones. Roofing Solutions including Aluminium Composite Panel Roof, Polycarbonate Roof, Laminated Tempered Glass Roof and Trimdek Metal Roof.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Admin
- Key in Quotation, Work Orders(WO) & Invoices
- Place order of materials & Issue Purchase Order (PO)
- Handle payment in/out and issue cheques
- Handle petty cash claims
- Order office supplies
- Arrange delivery of container, book parking lot with Management
- Answer calls and handle sales enquiries
- Additional ad-hoc required
HR:
- Application/renewal/cancellation of S Pass/Work Permit, renewal of security bond/CSOC, upgrade of courses of workers
- Recording staff annual leave, medical leave & medical claim
- Prepare check in/out form for workers & liaise with Homestay Lodge staff
- Follow up with all MOM news
- Handle all insurance-related (vehicle & workers)
- Renewal of tenancy agreement
- Additional ad-hoc required
- Knowledge of MYOB system
Ideal Candidate
Key competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within admin/HR.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
