Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing of invoices and payments
• Verify expense claims and processing of staff claims.
• Handle reconciliation of vendor statements and any other adhoc duties as required.
• Attending to vendor queries
• Filing of payment documents & packing of documents into cartons for storage

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in account payable with knowledge in SAP AP module.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft offices
