The Job
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the payroll process.
- Managing the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle process, including onboarding, and offboarding activities and administration.
- First point of contact for all general HR queries.
- Creating and maintaining employee personal files.
- Maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate.
- Preparing monthly reports (e.g., headcount, annual leave and sickness).
- Benefits administration.
- Any other HR Administrator ad-hoc work.
- Office Management duties.
Ideal Candidate
What you’ll need to succeed
You will:
- be excited about being in a start-up or scale-up environment
- be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HRIS etc)
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- have a high attention to detail
- have knowledge of employment laws and practices, specifically in Singapore
- preferably have a bachelor’s degree or relevant HR qualification
- preferably have 2-3 years of experience within a similar role
