4,000.00 SGD - 5,500.00 SGD /Month
  • Partner Business Units to ensure that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are in compliance and alignment.
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Serve as an employee advocate pertaining to HR policy and initiatives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Handle employee disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Manage workforce planning to support business needs and be accountable for manpower budgeting for business units.
  • Provide support in compensation reviews/surveys, annual salary/bonus exercises and assist in streamlining of HR policies, systems and procedures.
  • Provide support in functional HR portfolios where required.
  • Generate monthly reports and analysis on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Lead and/or support HR projects as assigned.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

  • Paid student workers who assist with on-campus events
  • Suggest marketing promotions and work closely with marketing director

  • Create staff development through orientation
  • Manage the student loan program
  • Educate campus staff about program and career opportunities
  • Lead facility management staff in all aspects of operations
  • Explore opportunities for fundraising to support the school's athletic program
  • Running all on campus events for prospective and admitted students
  • Expand new community health programs
  • Coordinate new faculty orientation and program-specific orientations for students in program
  • Maintain high staff morale for all staff members
  • Graduating students about alumni benefits
  • Attend staff meetings, school events and perform other school duties as directed by the CEO
  • Make necessary oral/written reports to the department director
  • Provide training as needed for staff and students
