Lead / Senior IT Service Management Engineer

Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the transformation journey of the Cybersecurity and Technology group in re-imagining new ways to engage our internal stakeholders in IT Service Delivery.  We are looking for a customer-centric individual that has good domain knowledge of IT Service Management processes and operations in large enterprise Data Centers.

The broad area of your responsibilities include:

  • Design, build and operate a set of bi-modal processes and systems that integrates IT Service Management activities such as requests for works, change control and configuration management in which the backend resources and services may be on-premise or in the cloud. 
  • Design performance indicators that measures effectiveness of IT Service Management and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Continuously enrich the Service Catalogue with new and improved services.
  • Harnass the use of data analytics to identify Service Management process gaps so as to improve service delivery outcomes.
  • Leverage modern development toolkits and processes (such as DevOps, APIs, orchestration engines) to achieve straight-through service provisioning that cut across departments and functions. 
  • Develop self-help kits and onboarding guides to enable the internal stakeholder to navigate through the service catalogue to request for the services that they need.

Requirements

  • Good application development skillsets esp web UI and form design and development.
  • Has prior experience in designing and developing IT Service Management workflow processes in a large organisation.
  • Had prior experience and skillsets in the administration and operations of leading IT Service Management tools in the market.
  • Good working knowledge of using data analytics and visualisation tools to develop operations dashboards and insights.
  • ITIL Intermediate Certifications in 2 or more areas is advantageous.
  • Must be proactive and outcome driven. Good communication skills – both oral and written as well as a positive attitude.
  • Position will be on a 2-year contract

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
