Senior Manager/ Manager (Automation/RPA)

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.


The job holder will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to business units in the area of task automation, as well as building the actual solution from time to time. He/she will work with a combination of tools including RPA platforms, Python, VBA etc., and be at the forefront of experimentation with new technologies/tools (such as Machine Learning) in the Board.

  • Provide consultancy to business units in the area of task automation
  • Experiment with new technology, such as Machine Learning, in the realm of task automation
  • Assist with upskilling the organisation in the various tools of task automation
  • Build and design the automation solution where necessary 


  • Proven ability to learn and pick up new skills, especially in technology and data
  • Intellectually curious and interested in technology
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following would be preferred but not mandatory:
    • RPA tools such as UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
    • Python (especially with pandas and selenium)
    • Machine Learning
    • Microsoft Office VBA
  • Passionate about process improvement, optimisation and automation
  • Intellectually curious and interested in technology
  • Highly analytical and adept with problem solving
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication to build cross-functional relationship and facilitate alignment for desired outcome
  • Position will be on 2-year contract

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
